Kepada Pelanggan-pelanggan BLSB

LANGKAH-LANGKAH YANG PERLU DIAMBIL KE ATAS PENCABUL UNDANG-UNDANG BERKAITAN ISU HALAL

Berdasarkan Perintah Perihal Dagangan 1975 (Perbahasaan Halal) oleh KPDNKK, sijil dan logo Halal yang dikeluarkan oleh Bahtera Lagenda Sdn. Bhd. adalah sah di sisi undang-undang Malaysia. Semua premis/restoran yang menggunakan sijil dan logo halal kami berhak mengambil langkah-langkah berikut:


Pemilik restoran tidak boleh membenarkan mana-mana pihak untuk masuk ke dapur bagi membuat pemeriksaan kecuali pihak KPDNKK sahaja.
Pemilik restoran hendaklah meminta surat kuasa KPDNKK daripada orang yang datang untuk membuat pemeriksaan sebelum dibenarkan memasuki premis/dapur anda.
Jika ada pihak selain KPDNKK menanggalkan atau menurunkan logo dan sijil di premis anda, sila ambil nama dan gambar mereka dan buat laporan polis dengan segera.
Jika ada gangguan yang tidak dapat dielakkan, sila minta pihak Tuan atau individu terbabit menelefon kami di talian berikut untuk mendapat keterangan lanjut:

Rukunegara

The Rukunegara or sometimes Rukun Negara (Malay for "National Principles") is the Malaysian declaration of national philosophy instituted by royal proclamation on Merdeka Day, 1970, in reaction to a serious race riot known as the May 13 Incident which occurred in 1969. The incident proved at that time that Malaysian racial balance and stability was fragile at best. Immediately thereafter, the Malaysian government sought ways to foster unity among Malaysians. One of the methods used to encourage unity is the Rukunegara.
