Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor - based in Putra Nilai

Responsibilities:

1. To assist Restaurant Manager to integrate and coordinate the work process of the entire operation team.
2. To execute planning, organising, learning and controlling process in order to deliver quality products, friendly service, cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere to customers.

Requirements:

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent with good communication skills. (Preferably with some related experience)
2. Ability to perform any of the People Handling Skill – Training, Coaching, Support and Motivating.
3. Able to work on shift, long hours and to work on weekends and public holidays when required. (Part timers will also be considered)

Our Heritage

Acknowledged for their culinary skills and specialty dishes, the Goh family, like their peers from Hainan Island, started the Foh Heong Kopitiam in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan. Popular in colonial times, the restaurant was favoured and patronised by the British and also catered for the parties and official functions of the Negeri Royal Family. Together with Tunku Kudin, they set up the Sinaran Restaurant Cafe in 1944.

The transition from colonial times to the present has seen a third generation of Gohs in the business. The Hailam Kopitiam, a concept cafe, serves the original Hainanese tastes and flavours that the Foh Heong Kopitiam is noted for and now serves a new generation of Patrons in Kuala Lumpur, Puchong, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, Kajang, Bangi, Malacca and now PUTRA NILAI.
